Luxavera Ventures is a boutique fund management, investment and advisory firm, headquartered in Mumbai. It specializes in cross-border transactions with a focus on high-tech sectors. We advise on M&As, arrange financings, and help clients identify best strategic partners in India. We have been involved in over 20 assignments on behalf of global clients covering the spectrum of high-tech businesses in the life sciences, TMT, auto tech, agri-tech to industrial sectors. We also work with venture capital and PE funds dedicated to global technology companies and their operations in India. In addition, Luxavera helps foreign companies in the commercialization of their products and services.

Suneel Bandhu

Suneel has corporate experience in business strategy, new business development, operations and finance including leadership roles in companies that were part of Tata Group, Reliance Industries and Mahindra Group - during his corporate career of 20 years. He has been a member of the Tata Administrative Service. Suneel was also a founding member of the Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG).
He has worked in joint teams for execution of joint ventures with Bell Canada, Lucent Technologies, IBM, Singapore Airlines and Mitsubishi Corporation and advised several Tata companies on their business strategy. He has helped numerous companies through their growth capital stage and has experience in M&A.
Suneel has advised over 15 mid-sized businesses from South Korea, China, US, Canada and Israel on their business partnerships and market growth for India. He is a mentor and coach to several high tech startups operating in India, Israel and the US.

Sameer Bandhu

Sameer Bandhu is Managing Director, Ventures and Licensing, GE Vernova, responsible for generating new business streams - leveraging its IP pool and R&D initiatives.
Earlier he was Vice President at GE Ventures. His responsibilities included providing strategic direction for growth and optimization of a portfolio of GE Transportation products to the railroad, mining, marine, stationary power, drilling and services industries with annual revenue of over $5 billion and more than 10,000 employees globally.
Sameer previously held commercial, strategic development, pricing and product management roles with Aeroderivative Gas Turbines and Distributed Power businesses within GE Power focused on product lines ranging from 10 MW to 100 MW gas turbine engines. He has been extensively involved in many M&A deals as part of his roles at GE.
He came to GE from the oil and gas industry holding roles in marketing, business development, program management, and technology assimilation. Sameer has been on the management committee for GE’s Houston Diversity Council and Houston Manager’s Network and is also the GE corporate liaison for the Jones Partners, Rice University. He has been the past-president of the board of directors at Jones Partners.

Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal - the first combine of a global law firm with a law firm in India. Dentons Link Legal is a leading full-service law firm, with multiple offices in major cities of India. Abhishek has over 17 years of experience in handling civil and commercial disputes in various fora including the Supreme Court of India. Abhishek also acts for clients in both ad hoc as well as institutional arbitration proceedings run under the aegis of arbitral institutions such as ICC and SIAC.
Prior to joining the Dentons Link Legal, Abhishek was associated with the law chambers of late Mr. Arun Jaitley, Senior Advocate. Abhishek had a stint with Allen & Gledhill, Singapore. He has been a Director on the Board of Globalaw, an international network of law firms present in more than 100 countries with more than 4,500 lawyers.
Abhishek is a member of the International Bar Association, the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the NCLT and the National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Bar Association.
